In this position, you will manage and lead a diverse and talented team of recruiters, collaborating closely with leadership to focus on understanding both short-term and long-term talent needs. Your responsibilities will include filling key openings and driving processes and experimentation as a vital talent business partner. You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, working together to devise and implement diverse talent strategies that align with the company's goals. Fostering an environment of shared ownership around talent outcomes is crucial. You will partner with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of current and future talent needs, utilizing research and data to ensure that resources are allocated effectively to the right initiatives at the right time. It is essential to maintain a talent pool that reflects the diversity of our customer base, both now and in the future. Investing time in understanding the capabilities and aspirations of your team members will be key to providing them with opportunities for growth and learning. You will promote a culture of excellence by leveraging your recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on innovative and scalable solutions. Accountability will be a priority, as you ensure that your team and business partners meet 100% of the talent plan by appropriately prioritizing work, requesting and allocating resources as needed, and removing any obstacles that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring team experiences by using data to identify and address any weaknesses in processes or approaches. Raising the bar for talent acquisition through research-driven targeting and the consistent use of high-quality assessment tools will be a continuous goal. You will manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, applying good judgment and data to make informed decisions regarding priorities and resource allocation.
