This role is an opportunity to support multiple executives in hiring the best talent for their organizations. You will manage and lead a talented diverse team of recruiters, partner with leadership in driving a focus on understanding talent needs short and long term, fill key openings, and drive processes and experimentation for our business groups as a key talent business partner. In this role, you will be a strategic advisor to business leaders as you collectively devise and deploy diverse talent strategies. You will foster an environment of ownership around talent outcomes and partner with business leaders to deeply understand and advise on current and future state talent needs. Using research and data, you will accurately focus your resources on the right bets at the right time, ensuring our talent pool is as diverse as our customer base, now and for the future. You will invest time in understanding your team's capabilities and aspirations, ensuring they are given opportunities to grow and learn. You will foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiting subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on innovation and scalable solutions. Holding your team and business partners accountable to deliver to 100% of the talent plan will be crucial, as will prioritizing work appropriately, asking for and allocating resources as required, and removing roadblocks as they appear. You will ensure that we are delivering great candidate and hiring team journeys by using data to identify and address weak links in process or approach. Additionally, you will continue to raise the bar for talent through research-driven targeting and consistent use of high-quality assessment tools, managing multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, using good judgment and data to make the right call on priorities and resources.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition or human resources management, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of diverse talent strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and understand their talent needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of recruiters.
  • Ability to foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
  • Experience in using high-quality assessment tools and research-driven targeting for talent acquisition.

Nice-to-haves
