About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager for Early Talent Programs at Niagara Bottling is responsible for leading recruitment efforts targeting early career and transitioning talent through various strategic channels, including universities and military partnerships. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with hiring leaders, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for candidates. The manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and provide insights on labor market trends to attract the best talent for Niagara's manufacturing plants and headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts for early career and transitioning talent across various educational and military channels.
  • Develop and execute annual hiring plans in collaboration with HR and hiring leaders.
  • Create internal and external communications to promote TA programs and updates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with universities, student organizations, and military bases to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Champion the development of a campus-focused employer branding strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Manage the candidate experience to position Niagara as an employer of choice.
  • Provide strategic talent advice to business leaders and understand their hiring needs.
  • Analyze labor market trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective communication and insights throughout.
  • Enhance team capabilities in innovative talent sourcing and selection practices.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • 6 years of experience in strategic recruiting roles.
  • 4 years of experience leading and managing teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • 8 years of experience in strategic recruiting roles.
  • 6 years of experience leading and managing teams in a manufacturing or supply chain organization.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiter and international recruitment in Latin America, Asia, or Europe.
