The Talent Acquisition Manager II is a pivotal role within TD's Human Resources department, responsible for leading and managing a team of specialists dedicated to developing, designing, and delivering effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies specifically within the Risk, Compliance, and Audit sectors. Collaboration with HR and business partners is essential to provide high-level consultation and customer service while implementing effective recruitment strategies. The role also involves developing and executing diversity sourcing strategies in conjunction with business leaders and other HR teams, ensuring that the recruitment process promotes TD's brand in the marketplace. The manager will leverage recruitment metrics and reporting tools to drive recruitment success and serve as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition practices, keeping abreast of current industry trends.
