About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager for Information Technology at Spirit Airlines is responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding high-performing team members to support the company's vision and strategies. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to identify talent needs, developing effective recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The manager will also promote Spirit's employer brand and continuously improve talent acquisition systems and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Leaders in assigned business areas and HRBPs to identify talent gaps and future needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine qualities, qualifications, and skills to look for in candidates.
  • Manage a multi-channel recruiting process to fill the pipeline with high-quality candidates.
  • Drive alternative sourcing for active and passive candidate sourcing utilizing various means.
  • Promote Spirit's employer brand in all talent acquisition touchpoints.
  • Identify and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition processes.
  • Develop SLAs with client groups and conduct regular follow-up meetings to assess recruiting plans.
  • Monitor and report on talent acquisition metrics, including cost per hire and time to fill vacancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically for IT roles.
  • Prior experience hiring IT professionals with a focus on network/infrastructure, engineering, and PMO.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
