About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager for Luxury & Lifestyle at IHG is responsible for identifying, hiring, and enhancing the onboarding experience for future General Managers within the Americas. This role is crucial for driving growth in IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio, focusing on securing top talent and ensuring a robust recruitment process that emphasizes diversity and quality throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

  • Solid talent acquisition experience from in-house, agency, or search practice within the US market.
  • Proven experience using multiple sourcing strategies and methodologies with strong results.
  • Ability to pipeline for current and future talent needs.
  • Drive continual engagement with future talent through various mediums.
  • Awareness and interest in Luxury and Lifestyle brands or comparable brands in hospitality.
  • Established candidate and hiring leader experience practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition principles, systems, and processes.
  • Extensive networks and contacts in the hotel industry.
  • Inclusive and unbiased recruitment skills with diverse hiring strategies.
  • Effective consulting, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of identifying future General Managers for IHG's Luxury and Lifestyle brands.
  • Secure positive conversations with passive and non-active candidates.
  • Network with General Managers to generate engaged candidates for specific vacancies.
  • Ensure diversity in hiring practices and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a robust recruitment process that supports superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience.
  • Match General Managers to IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle Success Profiles.
  • Collect candidate feedback aligned with success criteria for further assessments.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Luxury & Lifestyle.
  • Gather market insights on General Managers' rewards and working practices.
  • Collaborate with the broader TA Operations team on best practices and methodologies.
