About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Chobani will play a crucial role in aligning the recruiting efforts with the organization's strategic plans. This position involves building relationships with leaders and hiring managers to identify and recruit talent that meets the company's needs. The manager will also engage in various recruiting projects aimed at enhancing the quality of hires and improving the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build relationships with, and recruit external candidates through multiple channels
  • Screen, interview and qualify candidates for placement, ensuring each candidate presented to hiring managers meets or exceeds their expectations
  • Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools
  • Develop and build long-term relationships with relevant colleges and the community and participate in relevant events (career fairs, career days, etc.)
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines
  • Create a stellar candidate experience: identify and anticipate candidate's needs; follow issues to closure; collaborate with the People Team to maximize the candidate experience and meet the expectations of the organization
  • Manage candidate process flow through the applicant tracking system; adhere to compliance protocols and the Talent Acquisition process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Team business partners to create and deliver a comprehensive, compelling and competitive offer if needed
  • Attend college fairs for recruiting and company recognition
  • Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Ability to be onsite in our Philly office up to 4 days a week
  • Strong communication skills, must be able to express ideas effectively in individual and group situations
  • Ability to present information and communicate effectively with Senior Management and Executives
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills to inspire and guide others toward goal achievement, teamwork and collaboration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in CPG- manufacturing environment preferred

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $104,000.00 - $156,000.00, plus bonus
