About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Lexington Medical Center will lead a team of recruiters to fulfill critical hiring needs across various business lines. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with leadership to develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The manager will act as a trusted advisor to HR and hiring managers, focusing on continuous improvement of recruitment processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily recruitment for HR Coordinators and Recruiters
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Supervise the recruiting process
  • Ensure effective and compliant recruitment and onboarding practices by supervising and coaching HR Coordinators and Recruiters
  • Guide the team through the best sourcing channels to reach candidates
  • Maintain and create recruiting documents and procedures in partnership with peers
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create targeted job postings
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
  • Explore all sourcing channels to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
  • Track and report recruiting metrics
  • Coach recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Educate Recruiters, HR Coordinators, and Hiring Managers about changes in labor legislation
  • Promote diversity and inclusion efforts during the recruiting process
  • Assist with issue resolution to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ensure collaboration between Hiring managers and HR team
  • Attend conferences to represent the corporation and source top talent
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and broader organizational initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline
  • 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition work experience in healthcare
  • Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally
