Korn Ferry is seeking a Project Manager to support one of our Healthcare clients. The Project Manager will contribute to Korn Ferry's growth and profitability goals by delivering best-in-class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, which includes oversight and support of the customized Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the continued quality assurance of the project delivered to our client while being a true strategic partner. In this role, you will create and execute project work plans using the Project Toolkit and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. It is essential to ensure that search requests are clearly defined, including key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure, compensation, and interview process. You will identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities while defining and communicating individual and team metrics. You will maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client. Effectively applying Korn Ferry's staffing methodology and enforcing project standards is crucial. You will review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client and anticipate and minimize risks on the project. Additionally, you will prepare and participate in project reviews with the client and senior management, effectively communicating relevant project information to superiors and escalating and resolving issues in a timely fashion. Regular status meetings with the project team and client will be facilitated to keep the team informed of changes within the company. You will ensure that project documents and engagements are complete and updated timely, developing and delivering client and management reporting. Tracking team hours and expenses as needed will also be part of your responsibilities. You will participate in project scoping and implement SOW/SLA requirements, identifying business development and "add-on sales" opportunities as they relate to the project. Managing day-to-day client interaction, setting and managing client expectations, and communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions are key aspects of this role. You will continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction while maintaining a knowledge base of the client's business, organization, and objectives. Identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change will be expected, as well as inspiring the team to attain goals and pursue excellence. Conducting effective performance evaluations and helping execute career development plans will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you may manage a small requisition load in support of client needs.
