About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager, Programs at DISH Network is responsible for leading and overseeing various talent acquisition programs aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This role involves managing teams focused on internal mobility, referrals, diversity initiatives, and candidate sourcing, while optimizing these programs to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance talent acquisition programs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of program specialists, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned talent acquisition programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within talent acquisition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful talent acquisition programs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making.
