About the position

DISH, an EchoStar Company, is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition, Programs to lead and oversee a diverse range of talent acquisition value-based programmatic offerings. This role is critical in enhancing DISH Network's talent attraction strategy as the company continues to grow and scale for the future. The Talent Channels & Programs team, part of the Talent Acquisition Infrastructure and Enablement team, is responsible for evangelizing the employer value proposition and bringing innovative attraction ideas to life. The primary objective of this position is to optimize value-based programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent through a targeted and omnichannel approach. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating teams that lead various initiatives, including internal mobility, referrals, diversity initiatives, events, and candidate pipeline/sourcing initiatives. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned talent acquisition programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs, and utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness. Your leadership will drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance candidate experiences within the talent acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance talent acquisition programs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of program specialists, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned talent acquisition programs, including internal mobility and referral programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to innovate within talent acquisition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful talent acquisition programs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making.
