About the position

The Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for the organization, managing a team of recruiters, and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to build a strong pipeline of candidates. This role emphasizes the importance of aligning talent acquisition efforts with the needs of the business and ensuring that the right talent is matched with the right openings.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the day-to-day management of recruiting activities including the sourcing and selection process for all positions in Business Services & Support.
  • Mentors and coaches a team of recruiting professionals to successfully achieve hiring goals.
  • Develops and drives recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintains consistent contact with managers and business partners to understand business unit needs.
  • Implements operational processes and practices that enhance recruitment performance.
  • Participates in the full life cycle recruitment process for senior level roles across various teams.
  • Attends recruiting events and conferences to establish relationships and source candidates.
  • Acts as a liaison for client groups on day-to-day recruitment issues and needs.
  • Builds innovative recruitment programs that support HGV's strategic sourcing model.
  • Tracks and reports recruitment performance metrics to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach a team.
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Networking skills to establish relationships in the employment market.
