About the position
The Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for overseeing field recruiters and support staff, implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates. This role involves managing recruiting activities, mentoring a team, and developing innovative recruitment programs to align with the company's growth objectives. The manager will also participate in senior-level recruitment and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to address hiring needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of recruiting activities for Business Services & Support.
- Mentor and coach a team of recruiting professionals to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain consistent contact with managers and business partners to understand business unit needs.
- Advocate for improvements in operational processes related to recruitment activities.
- Participate in the full life cycle recruitment process for senior-level roles.
- Attend recruiting events and networking functions to source candidates and understand the employment market.
- Build innovative recruitment programs that support HGV's strategic sourcing model.
- Track and report recruitment performance metrics to senior leaders.
Requirements
- BA/BS/bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience leading teams of field recruiters or internal employment functions.
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
