About the position

The Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for the organization, directly supervising field recruiters and support staff. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to build a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that the right talent is matched with the right openings. The manager will lead recruiting activities, mentor the recruiting team, and engage with business partners to meet hiring goals effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of recruiting activities for Business Services & Support positions.
  • Mentor and coach a team of recruiting professionals to achieve hiring goals.
  • Develop and drive recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain consistent contact with managers and business partners to understand their needs.
  • Improve operational processes and practices related to recruitment activities.
  • Participate in the full life cycle recruitment process for senior level roles.
  • Attend recruiting events and networking functions to source candidates.
  • Build innovative recruitment programs that support HGV's strategic sourcing model.
  • Track and report recruitment performance metrics to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of field recruiters or internal employment functions.
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
