This position involves direct supervision of field recruiters and support staff, developing strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective candidates. The role emphasizes building relationships with hiring managers and business partners to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of recruiting activities for Business Services & Support positions.
- Mentor and coach a team of recruiting professionals to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain consistent contact with managers and business partners to understand their needs.
- Improve operational processes and practices related to recruitment activities.
- Participate in the full life cycle recruitment process for senior level roles.
- Attend recruiting events and networking functions to source candidates.
- Act as a liaison for client groups on recruitment-related issues.
- Build innovative recruitment programs to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Track and report recruitment performance metrics to senior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams of field recruiters or internal employment functions.
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in developing and leading recruitment strategies.
