Responsibilities

  • Utilize talent mapping, AI-driven search, and market intelligence to identify and engage highly specialized semiconductor professionals.
  • Proactively develop relationships with niche experts in AI-driven chip design, photonics, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Implement social listening, diversity-driven initiatives, and personalized outreach to enhance engagement.
  • Reduce time-to-hire and secure top talent ahead of the competition.
  • Attract, engage, and secure the best semiconductor professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sourcing for technical roles within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry trends, key players, and skill requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on sourcing metrics to guide continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the semiconductor industry.
  • Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to stay ahead in identifying potential candidates.
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Engage with passive candidates and build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies and tools within the semiconductor industry.
