About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Premise Health is responsible for leading a team of Talent Sourcers and Supervisors in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of clinical roles. This position focuses on developing strategic sourcing initiatives, managing the sourcing process, and creating a diverse talent pipeline to meet the organization's hiring needs. The role emphasizes continuous learning and improvement within the team, while also acting as a consultative partner to organizational leaders regarding talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Talent Sourcers and Supervisors.
  • Provide ongoing support and development to strengthen the team's sourcing and recruiting abilities.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives targeting talent for clinical roles such as Nurse Practitioners and Physical Therapists.
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Manage the sourcing process, overseeing workload allocation among the sourcing team.
  • Create an ongoing pipeline of diverse talent using various search resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to source key talent for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Identify external trends and innovative recruiting techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as a consultative partner to organizational leaders, sharing market data and identifying talent shortages.
  • Recommend improvements to existing sourcing processes and systems.
  • Coordinate and participate in networking events and Virtual Career Fairs.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in a related discipline strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of professional work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting position, managing a recruiting desk.
  • Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, etc. is a plus.
  • Experience managing a full life-cycle recruiting desk.
  • Experience training or mentoring others within a Recruiting Team.
  • Success in developing and managing relationships with internal customer groups.
  • Experience managing the recruitment of healthcare professionals is preferred.
