About the position

We are looking for a forward-thinking, action-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global talent acquisition team on a temporary basis with the potential for transitioning to a full-time role after 90 days. To be successful in this role, you have relevant recruitment experience in the Americas (international a plus), and an aptitude and excitement for the latest recruiting trends and technologies. You embrace data and KPIs and use them to elevate performance and continuously improve. You are an excellent internal and external networker and are willing to roll up your sleeves to provide the support needed to your business partners and team. This position requires in office attendance based in our Global Headquarters in downtown Milwaukee, WI (parking provided).

Responsibilities

• Work independently to ensure assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively
• Proactively source, identify, and engage with top talent through a variety of channels for current and future hiring needs
• Be an ambassador of our employer brand to attract the best profiles
• Fill highly complex roles yourself through active sourcing and recruiting
• Improve candidate experience with an end-to-end approach

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural organization
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• A can-do attitude with motivation to achieve results
• Agility and creativity to ensure challenging searches are brought to completion
