About the position

Blank Street is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and innovate the talent acquisition space. This role requires an experienced professional who can operate with autonomy, partner across functions, and help drive employer branding efforts. The manager will own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from identifying top-tier talent to partnering with leaders on effective hiring processes, all while leveraging data to refine and enhance recruiting strategies. This in-person position is based out of the Brooklyn, NY HQ office and reports to the Global Senior Director of People.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Store-Level Hiring to ensure stores are staffed with top talent.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to source, attract, and select best-in-class talent aligned with company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and executive teams to develop and execute a robust employer branding strategy.
  • Analyze hiring metrics to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop solutions to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Build feedback loops with HRBP, Operations, Learning & Development Manager, and Hiring Managers to iterate and improve hiring processes.
  • Develop impactful training for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment capabilities.
  • Experiment with creative ideas to innovate the talent acquisition process and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Conduct pay band research and general compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.
  • Own and maintain Blank Street's ATS to support a seamless recruitment process for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment for HQ roles across local and global departments based in the US.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and pay band research.
  • Strong project management skills and a process-oriented mindset.
