About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Family & Nursing Care is responsible for attracting top talent to support the company's mission of providing exceptional non-medical home care services. This role involves marketing job openings, managing the applicant tracking system, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The manager will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain a talent pipeline, and oversee new hire onboarding while staying informed about industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Market job openings through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Build relationships with universities, recruiters, staffing agencies, and past applicants to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) for smooth candidate management and reporting.
• Handle pre-employment screenings and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Refine the hiring process for better results and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide recruits through the interview process.
• Oversee new hire documentation and onboarding, including HR orientation and entry into ADP.
• Manage employer branding efforts to keep the organization competitive.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting, marketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
