The Talent Acquisition Manager at Liquid I.V. is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the full cycle of recruiting across all functions and levels within the organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Management and collaborates closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team and hiring managers to drive and support the recruiting initiatives of Liquid I.V. The role is designed to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will manage multiple open positions simultaneously, ensuring that the recruiting process remains efficient and effective. This includes reviewing and revising job descriptions to ensure they are inclusive and accurately reflect the scope of the role and the target candidate. The manager will also be responsible for identifying suitable job boards and professional organizations to build a diverse pipeline of active and passive candidates as part of the sourcing strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager will conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' capabilities, cultural fit, and salary expectations. They will regularly review and suggest improvements to the talent acquisition processes, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage, from scheduling interviews to facilitating onboarding for new hires. Additionally, the manager will lead the design and execution of an internship program, contributing to the overall culture and work environment at Liquid I.V.
