About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics in the Chicago Area. Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies to fill job openings in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Assist in the delivery of key facets of recruiting success for Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs.
  • Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation processes.
  • Analyze job market trends and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Oversee employer branding and HR metrics related to recruitment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience required.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with ATS systems required.
  • Understanding of recruitment budgets and data analysis.
