About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at World 50 Group is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for the US, collaborating closely with the London-based Talent Acquisition Partner on global reporting and recruitment strategies. This role emphasizes a candidate-centric approach and strategic partnerships to meet staffing needs while prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and values.
  • Guide candidates through a world-class hiring process from application to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs and establish relationships with external recruiting partners.
  • Implement a productive Talent Acquisition strategy with a focus on DEIB.
  • Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Own the entire recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers from search initiation to offer stage.
  • Drive innovation in recruitment to support the company's growth.
  • Manage the interview process, including training interviewers and crafting effective questions.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and mentorship to hiring managers on market trends and sourcing tactics.
  • Ensure excellent data management and hiring metrics in the ATS.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of internal recruitment experience, ideally in the Atlanta market.
  • Experience recruiting roles at all levels, with a preference for senior-level roles.
  • Evidence of proactive and creative headhunting strategies.
  • Experience developing an Employer Value Proposition is beneficial.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure with sensitivity to deadlines.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to World 50 Group's core values.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with senior level roles highly preferred.
  • Experience developing an Employer Value Proposition would be beneficial.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
  • 10% bonus based on performance.
