About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at EarthCam is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the entire candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. The position aims to build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Source applicants through online channels such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Participate in all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human resources Management or similar field is a plus
