About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts for a large organization with over 1000 employees. This in-office position in Irvine, CA, focuses on full cycle recruitment and project coordination, ensuring smooth operations within the Talent Acquisition team. The role requires a candidate who can work autonomously and effectively manage multiple open requisitions while providing an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Administer disposition of requisitions and candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCIMS.
• Assist with sourcing and pre-screening candidates to fill organizational roles through various recruitment channels.
• Actively assist with building a network of qualified talent.
• Provide recruiting administrative support, including scheduling interviews and acting as ATS administrator for Home Office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or directly related work experience required.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of TA policies and procedures preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR software, specifically iCIMS.
• Ability to demonstrate strong work values in confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork.
