About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Prime Robotics is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also handling various HR-related tasks. Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to keep records up-to-date.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and negotiate job offers.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics for data-driven improvements.
• Assist in promoting the company's employer brand.
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Run bi-monthly payroll and expenses.
• Develop initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple processes.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Flexibility to adapt between recruitment and HR responsibilities.
