About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at TSP, a Syneos Health Company, is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector. This role involves managing the full cycle of recruiting, from identifying and engaging talent to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The position emphasizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process, while also leveraging data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, assess, and deliver talent aligned to position rubric for technical experience and competency fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to foster an exceptional candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Leverage talent intelligence and data-driven insights with an intentional focus on inclusion, diversity & equity.
• Manage confidential information in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of full cycle recruiting experience (position intake through offer) within an RPO or in-house/corporate environment.
• Two years supporting Manufacturing for a Biotech or Pharmaceutical organization.
• Experience developing talent attraction strategies using diverse channels, including social media campaigns and direct outreach.
• Experience using Workday ATS highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully navigate TA and HR systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and on a multi-functional team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, and people skills.

• Experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
• Familiarity with talent intelligence tools and data analytics.
