About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation (LLAC) is responsible for managing the organization's recruitment function and overseeing a team of talent acquisition professionals. This role focuses on providing daily support to the team, administering policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of recruitment processes, and supporting the Director of Talent Management on departmental initiatives. The position is hybrid/remote, requiring one office day per week in Lancaster, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization's recruitment function and oversee a team of talent acquisition professionals.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the talent acquisition team.
  • Administer policies and procedures to uphold the integrity of recruitment processes.
  • Support the Director of Talent Management on department initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years equivalent work experience in a relevant industry or discipline.
  • Three years of combined experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Two years of leadership and management experience preferred.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated experience building strong internal/external partner and customer relationships.
