About the position

Electrolux is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruiting strategy for Corporate and Commercial teams across the US and Canada. This role is pivotal in enhancing Electrolux's ability to attract top talent and streamline the staffing process for manufacturing locations. The manager will provide thought leadership, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and create strategic partnerships with key stakeholders while managing a team of talent acquisition partners and coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Build capabilities and recruiting strategies to attract professional talent.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset in talent acquisition processes.
  • Set and track KPIs and scorecards to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities.
  • Design and implement recruitment branding strategies across various platforms.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with HR business partners and executive leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in for talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a certified institution.
  • At least three years of experience in a leadership role in talent acquisition.
  • At least two years of experience as a people leader managing team performance.
  • Knowledge of labor market analysis and talent acquisition trends.
  • Experience leveraging HR Technologies (ATS, CRMs, job boards, AI) for talent acquisition.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Workday (ATS module) is a plus.
