The position is part-time, requiring approximately 20 hours per week, and is primarily remote with occasional visits to the Dexter, MI office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the intake meetings to start the recruiting process
• Perform phone interviews for initial vetting
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (Breezy)
• Manage social media and career website to attract talent
• Conduct other vital recruiting tasks

Requirements

• 3 or more years of recruiting experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and other recruiting tools
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience
