About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing a corporate requisition load, overseeing the operations recruiter focused on high-volume recruitment, and leading various talent acquisition projects to completion. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategies to attract and engage top talent.

Responsibilities

• Handle a corporate requisition load, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes.
• Supervise and support the operations recruiter responsible for high-volume recruitment, providing guidance and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
• Lead and manage talent acquisition projects, including Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Rollout, Interview Guide Development, Training Creation and Rollout, and ATS Implementation.
• Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years managing a team and/or projects.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and project management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
