About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at DAHLIN will play a pivotal role in championing the firm's culture and enhancing its recruitment processes. This position involves collaborating with various teams to drive talent strategy and support initiatives throughout the entire People/Talent lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and possess a positive attitude, working in a fast-paced, creative environment to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with staff and leaders to understand culture, projects, talent, and staffing needs.
  • Source and recruit candidates using various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
  • Act as a positive point of contact and brand ambassador for the company.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Post and track open positions on the company website and various sourcing outlets.
  • Manage logistics of candidate assessments, presentations, and scheduling interviews.
  • Advise team members on competitive research and market trends for recruitment.
  • Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports, including standard metrics.
  • Manage external recruiters and placement agency contacts and budgets.
  • Develop and update job postings and descriptions in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' proven work experience as a Recruiter or equivalent experience as a Marketing Coordinator in an A/E/C firm.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting/sourcing solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • 3+ years' experience managing a team.
  • Strong digital media skills, including search engines and social media.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Experience in professional services firms.
