About the position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in San Jose, CA. This position is crucial for supporting our global hiring efforts on a temporary basis. The Talent Acquisition Manager will primarily focus on the administrative and tactical responsibilities of the day-to-day recruiting process, while also providing some support for strategy and continuous improvement tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment and a keen understanding of how to embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into hiring practices. In this role, you will provide end-to-end recruitment support in close partnership with contract recruiters and coordinators across multiple regions and functions. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leader to implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's vision and values. Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers to guide them through the requisition process, ensuring that all hiring practices are inclusive and equitable. Monitoring and reporting on recruitment trends and metrics will also be a key responsibility, as you will identify areas for improvement and optimization in our hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support, in close partnership with contract recruiters and coordinators, across multiple regions and functions.
  • Collaborate with the TA leader to implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
  • Partner with hiring managers to help them through the requisition process.
  • Work to ensure all hiring practices are inclusive and equitable.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment trends and metrics to the TA leader, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions and functions.
  • Experience with Workday, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday and Smart Recruiters preferred).

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong understanding of DEI principles and their application in recruitment.
  • Experience working in the technology, semiconductor, or a similarly fast-paced and innovative industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational global team.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes across multiple regions or countries, understanding of global talent markets, and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
  • Previous management experience helpful.
