About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at TSP (A Syneos Health Company) is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for the healthcare and life sciences sectors, particularly focusing on Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. This role emphasizes building strong relationships, fostering an exceptional candidate experience, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance diversity and inclusion in hiring practices. The position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, managing the entire recruitment process from position intake to offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, assess, and deliver talent aligned to position rubric for technical experience and competency fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to foster an exceptional candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Leverage talent intelligence and data-driven insights with an intentional focus on inclusion, diversity & equity.
• Manage confidential information in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of full cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or in-house/corporate environment.
• Two years supporting Manufacturing for a Biotech or Pharmaceutical organization.
• Experience developing talent attraction strategies using diverse channels, including social media campaigns and direct outreach.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Workday ATS highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully navigate TA and HR systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and on a multi-functional team.
