Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to lead talent acquisition and executive recruitment efforts.
  • Determine critical talent pipelines and develop strategies for current and future talent needs.
  • Mentor, motivate, and engage the talent acquisition team.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, management leaders, and potential candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
  • 8 years of recent relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR functions.
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures pertaining to recruitment and employment.
  • Knowledge of labor market and recruitment trends and issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and engage a team.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills for formulating strategies and business plans.
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize activities effectively.
