Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media and networking events, to build a constant talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the employer brand and showcase company culture.
  • Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to assess candidates for cultural fit and experience.
  • Implement structured interview processes to support objective hiring decisions.
  • Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the interview journey.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and platforms as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Work with the HR team to design a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Talent Acquisition Systems (TAS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and energetic workplace.
