About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Inflow is responsible for overseeing the full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a high-touch and personalized candidate experience. This role is critical in supporting the national security services firm by sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions, particularly in technical roles within the Intel, Cyber, Training, GovCon, and Defense industries. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to analyze and improve staffing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with managers and HQ staff to develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Provide consistent communication and relevant data points to stakeholders regarding recruiting priorities and results.
  • Develop, document, implement, and measure recruiting and sourcing strategies for assigned searches.
  • Manage sourcing campaigns and direct internal resources to recruit top talent.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Directors to deliver qualified candidates for current and future workforce needs.
  • Prepare job descriptions and write job advertisements, determining where and when to advertise jobs.
  • Define, measure, and analyze metrics to improve staffing processes including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet position requirements and conduct initial screenings.
  • Maintain candidate database and track the status of each candidate in the hiring pipeline.
  • Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers.
  • Perform reference checks for potential employees.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and update candidates on their application status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Human Resources preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruiting for technical roles in the Intel, Cyber, Training, GovCon, and Defense industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of BambooHR, LinkedIn, Indeed, Clearance Jobs, and other relevant recruiting/ATS platforms.
  • Ability to customize and configure ATS for reporting and productivity measures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
