About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Team Select Home Care is responsible for overseeing the recruitment team and managing the hiring process to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building with hiring managers, and ensuring the recruitment team achieves their goals. The manager will also provide mentorship and guidance to the recruitment team while directly recruiting for challenging positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for achieving both team and business goals as measured and reported monthly and quarterly
• Building deep relationships with Hiring Managers to improve outcomes and ensure hiring and retention goals are met
• Accountable for building, maintaining, and developing a high performing, experienced team focused on hiring and retaining new team members
• Responsible for mentoring, coaching, developing and engaging the recruitment team, recognizing strengths and areas for improvement
• Developing and disseminating status reports for business leadership including monthly status reports and quarterly business reviews
• Conduct daily and/or weekly huddles with Staff, cascading urgent needs as appropriate
• Set and monitor performance of the teams personal quarterly goals for bonus as well as performance goals quarterly
• Provide day to day guidance, communication, and leadership for direct reports
• Directly recruit for difficult to fill positions and act as overflow when team is at maximum number of requisitions to be filled within expected timeframes

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in recruiting in a corporate or professional services environment
• At least 3 years experience in managing recruitment teams
• At least 2 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High School Diploma / GED
