The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full cycle recruiting from job posting through job offer across all functions and levels of the organization. This role reports to the Director of Talent Management, working closely with the P&C team and hiring managers to drive and support LIV's recruiting initiatives. Functions and duties of this role include, but are not limited to: owning full cycle recruiting across all functions and levels of the organization, managing multiple open roles simultaneously, reviewing and revising job descriptions to ensure inclusivity, identifying job boards and building a pipeline of diverse candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the process. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will facilitate new hire onboarding orientation and contribute to the design and execution of an internship program.

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruiting across all functions and levels of the organization.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure that the recruiting process stays on track.
  • Review and revise job descriptions to ensure they are inclusive, engaging, and capture the scope of the role and target candidate.
  • Identify job boards, professional organizations, and build a pipeline of active and passive diverse candidates as part of our sourcing strategy.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge required capabilities and skills, culture contribution, and salary requirements.
  • Regularly review and bring suggestions to the P&C team on where talent processes should be improved or formalized.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the process including scheduling and participating in interview panels, driving the offer and applicable onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding orientation for all new hires.
  • Assist in the design, execution, and be the lead for an internship program.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience in CPG industry or equivalent high growth environments required.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and building a candidate pipeline.
  • Experience managing recruiting workflows, processes, and sourcing strategies that prioritize Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and using external and internal recruiting tools including LinkedIn recruiter and applicant tracking software(s).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid grasp of recruiting best practices in addition to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with proven experience developing and coaching others.
  • Ability to build relationships, trust, and gain credibility quickly both internally and externally.
