About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at ZAGG Inc. is responsible for leading the recruitment team and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance/Accounting. This role emphasizes the importance of strong performance management, advanced sourcing techniques, and data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment team and oversee all aspects of performance management.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance/Accounting.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Boolean searches, and other innovative methods to identify and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance.
• Use data and analytics to inform and improve the recruitment process, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Efficiently fill key roles quickly and effectively, ensuring we meet our business needs and timelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Boolean searches, and more.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
