About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Poplar Springs Hospital is responsible for overseeing the full life cycle recruitment process, ensuring that the hospital attracts and retains qualified candidates for various positions. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full life cycle recruitment process.
  • Solicit resumes through job fairs, internet recruitment, television advertising, and print media.
  • Maintain a database of current and projected recruitment needs.
  • Adapt to varying hours and flexibility in availability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources.
  • PHR Certification preferred.
  • Prior hospital experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Basic clerical skills and experience with office equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to problem solve and accept feedback.
  • Willingness to interact with patients with varying levels of cognitive functioning.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in behavioral health services.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies specific to healthcare.
