About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at enVista is responsible for developing and executing the company's talent acquisition strategy to align with its growth objectives. This role involves full life cycle recruitment, collaborating with business leaders on workforce planning, and establishing enVista as an employer of choice. The manager will implement sourcing strategies, present diverse candidates to hiring managers, and ensure a positive hiring experience while driving performance against recruiting KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to source and assess talent for open positions.
  • Influence hiring managers and leaders on adopting effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Regularly assess workload and adjust approaches to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assess recruiting KPIs to drive top performance.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies based on trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure consistent recruitment processes and tools for thorough talent evaluation.
  • Measure and assess the quality of hires and implement continuous improvement methods.
  • Differentiate enVista as an employer of choice through various candidate engagement strategies.
  • Administer the applicant tracking system and leverage business intelligence for talent acquisition.
  • Review offers created by the Talent Acquisition team for accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in career development and training initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Manage college recruiting initiatives and coordinate visa sponsorship activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 8-12 years of direct experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in creating strategic talent acquisition strategies based on data and research.
  • Required experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably UltiPro/UKG.
  • Strong attention to detail and processes.
  • Strong written, verbal presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience in college recruiting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with diversity initiatives in recruitment.
