About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at CRB is responsible for leading a diverse team of recruiters to execute and deliver effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top talent across all levels of the organization. This role involves fostering partnerships with HR peers and hiring managers to ensure a positive hiring experience while aligning recruitment efforts with the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. The manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, manage recruitment operations, and monitor key metrics to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Recruiters.
  • Execute the overall recruiting strategy that attracts qualified top talent and aligns with the DEI strategy.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Establish, execute, and manage policies and procedures around recruiting operations and analytics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to keep talent acquisition strategies competitive.
  • Train interviewers in effective interview techniques.
  • Work with Marketing to implement employer branding strategies.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners for seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Oversee the use of outside recruiters and ensure consistency in recruitment agreements.
  • Establish talent acquisition metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Execute a companywide college recruitment strategy.
  • Drive standard operating procedures and develop key performance indicators for the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, and/or Talent Development.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, mentoring, and training a team.
  • Ability to motivate others and resolve conflict in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing talent acquisition practices.
  • Passion for people and ability to identify required skills for various roles.
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive data.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to shift priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to build consensus and influence across levels.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster long-term relationships.
  • Experience managing recruiting tools and software, including ATS and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate metrics and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
