This role is a hybrid role in Bethlehem, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and fill open positions.
  • Communicate regularly with managers, offering candidate evaluations, vacancy updates, and a timeline for the recruitment process.
  • Cultivate a robust talent pipeline to meet Just Born's present and upcoming recruitment requirements.
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of recruitment avenues such as LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Oversee the candidate evaluation process, which includes reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings for potential candidates, carrying out hiring assessments, and facilitating in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate the abilities, qualifications, and experience of prospective candidates.
  • Support managers throughout the hiring process, offering advice and direction on interview methods and candidate evaluation.
  • Develop hiring projections as an integral component of Just Born's strategic planning.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings to forecast the organization's staffing requirements.
  • Spearhead branding initiatives related to talent acquisition at Just Born.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new employees and ensure that background checks, drug tests, I-9 forms, and all required documentation are completed swiftly and correctly.
  • Lead Just Born's Internship Program in line with the organization's overall strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with recruiting via social media, resume databases, and professional recruiting networks
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using Cornerstone on Demand Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking System
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • 2+ years' experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.

  • An understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and recruiting plans.
