About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at MCI is responsible for leading recruitment efforts across multiple locations, implementing strategies to attract and onboard top talent efficiently. This role involves overseeing a team of talent acquisition specialists, ensuring service excellence, and continuously evaluating recruitment processes to enhance effectiveness. The manager will also develop metrics to monitor the success of the recruitment division and maintain strong relationships with business partners and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts across various locations.
• Implement strategies to attract, hire, and onboard candidates in a timely manner.
• Oversee the talent acquisition team to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Evaluate and update workflows and processes for contemporary effectiveness.
• Develop and track metrics to monitor recruitment success and hold teams accountable.
• Maintain communication with business partners and hiring managers to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze the use of external recruiters and develop strategies for their engagement.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor compliance issues related to recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter and recruiting manager.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a full cycle recruitment team in a medium to large organization.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing recruitment and onboarding plans.
• Expert knowledge of contemporary recruitment strategies and their implementation in high growth environments.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to engage staff and manage change.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
