About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at CBRE is responsible for managing staffing operations and programs to support high growth resourcing strategies for clients in data centers and critical environments. This role involves developing strategic recruiting plans, overseeing operational processes, and engaging in workforce planning, vendor management, and budgeting. A significant focus is placed on workforce resourcing and data analysis to enhance recruitment processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a comprehensive resourcing and recruitment strategy tailored to business needs.
  • Drives workforce planning with Commercial, Leadership, and Operations teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to best practices.
  • Analyzes market trends, industry practices, and internal metrics to improve recruitment processes and optimize labor mix.
  • Creates networks and demonstrates knowledge within property/facilities management, critical environments, and data centers.
  • Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service while engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coaches, mentors, and trains team members to maintain high performance standards.
  • Guides diversity recruitment initiatives and ensures compliance with recruitment policies and local requirements.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Acts as a brand champion to applicants and executes employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen with experience outside of TA/People side of business preferred.
  • Efficient and commercial approach to problem solving with sophisticated communication skills.
  • Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience developing and implementing creative solution plans to attract and retain talent.
  • Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills to connect with all client groups.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment databases, sourcing tools, and data analytics including Avature, Microsoft Office, Boolean Searches, and PowerBI.
