About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Simpli.fi is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy aimed at attracting top-tier talent, particularly in sales. This role involves assessing and refining the current talent acquisition process, overseeing the full recruitment cycle, and implementing innovative solutions to meet hiring goals. The manager will also focus on employer branding and utilizing data-driven metrics to enhance recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the current talent acquisition process and make necessary adjustments to align with company objectives and future growth plans.
  • Create a collaborative environment, set clear objectives, and facilitate ongoing development and training to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process for various positions, specifically Sales professionals, using diverse sourcing methods to attract top candidates across different functions.
  • Be the subject matter expert of industry trends and recruiting market.
  • Develop strategies for talent pooling and succession planning to address current and future hiring needs.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive place to work.
  • Use social media, job boards, and other channels to boost visibility and attract talent.
  • Use recruiting metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, monitor progress, and make informed decisions to refine processes and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of successfully filling sales positions.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence recruiting and hiring decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
