About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager for Contact Centers is responsible for leading high-volume recruitment efforts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on developing recruitment strategies, enhancing candidate experiences, and managing a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in contact center settings, and will be passionate about nurturing talent and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring needs in remote customer service and sales teams.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to enhance hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on high-volume recruitment, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes successfully.
  • Strong understanding of remote hiring practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Taleo or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decisions.
