About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Prime Healthcare is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics in the Chicago area. This role focuses on developing effective recruitment strategies to fill job openings in a timely and cost-effective manner while collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership. The position requires strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating, along with a solid understanding of clinical functions and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective filling of job openings.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Negotiate salaries and close candidates effectively.
• Conduct job market analysis and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Enhance employer branding and manage HR metrics related to recruitment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Work closely with external vendors to support recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience required.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively.
• Experience with ATS systems required.
• Understanding of recruitment budgets and data analysis.
