Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build a consistent pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
  • Employ high-touch recruitment tactics to secure top-tier talent in competitive markets.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation while maintaining a 90%+ acceptance rate.
  • Optimize recruitment funnels by analyzing conversion rates, time-to-fill, and sourcing channel efficacy.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate searches and streamline interview loops.
  • Lead and mentor a recruiter through hands-on coaching and skill development.
  • Optimize Greenhouse ATS to streamline workflows and reporting.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate cost-effective renewals.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and HR to forecast hiring and align recruitment timelines.
  • Manage offer lifecycle in Greenhouse and execute employment agreements.
  • Develop and execute targeted employer branding campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Create and manage a weekly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics.
  • Deliver executive-ready quarterly reports on recruitment KPIs.
  • Maintain and optimize the Talent Acquisition dashboard.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year leading teams in a global SaaS/AdTech environment.
  • Proven success hiring across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM with understanding of regional employment regulations.
  • Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tech stack.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated player/coach leader who balances hands-on recruiting with team mentorship.
  • Cross-functional collaborator partnering effectively with People Ops and Finance teams.
